FTP Access

The primary method of transferring content is via SFTP.  If you have not received access please contact the
support team to request a FTP account.

Inside your FTP account you will see two folders, `/onix` and `/files`.  The `/onix` folder is for delivery of ONIX feeds.
By delivering them to this location we can enable automated imports.  The `/files` folder is for delivery of all content
related files (EPUB, PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.) that are needed to fulfill orders.
