Excel Metadata

Using an `ONIX feed <onix.html>`_ is the preferred method of data ingestion, however if necessary we can accept information in a XLS/CSV format.

Please use the XLS template below for providing metadata.  It's not necessary to provide every field, simply provide
the information you have and the data will be adjusted as needed.
